Darn it all to Heck!!

Well girls, it looks like I'll be sitting this one out. I'm a little *too* sexy for either of these patterns, if you know what I mean. I need a 48 bust. Garrrrrrr.

Unless someone wanted to do the arithmatickin to resize them for me...... *lol*

I completely feel your pain, err, sexiness. Orangina shouldn't be too difficult to alter, right?

I'm sure either of these gals can help, but I'm pretty sure that if you just add additional multiples of 9 for Orangina that you can make it as large as you need. I can't remember exactly what the gauge is for the pattern, but estimate about 1" per 9 stitch repeat and go from there... I may be off slightly, but it seems to me that each 9 stitch repeat was about an inch for me. Not too sure about the Somewhat Cowl, but I'm sure as soon as Wendy gets back from her vacation she'll be happy to help us with some calculations.

Well that is the great thing about knitting is that we can manipulate items to be the size that we want. By adding an extra stitch repeat like Jeanie said, or using different yarn and larger needles.

No matter what you do I am sure it will be great. Have fun with it!

really, it would be a good chance to get some experience adjusting patterns to an exact fit, since you'll have so much help here. a very satisfying thing, to be able to say "I used math today!"
