A note about the frontrunner, Fifi. I ordered the pattern from Dream Weaver Yarns a few weeks ago, and when I inquired about what was taking so ong, they told me the pattern was "out of stock."

Check your LYS. If you go to the Frenchgirlknits website, they list their retailers by state. I purchased FiFi locally.
Yarn and Fiber was where I ordered the pattern, not what I said before, and they just contacted me to say that a correction is being made and they will ship as soon as they get the corrected pattern!

I really like Fifi, but it looks a bit short for my aging mid-section.
I must admit, I wasn't sold on Fifi at first glance or two, but I think it's growing on me. I like my tops a bit longer, but that's an easy enough fix - just knit several more inches. I am concerned about pattern purchase though - we'll see.

Hi everyone! I don't know if you've all noticed, but there is additional info about Fifi in the poll post. Looks like if we choose it, the nice gals at French Girl Knits will put together a pdf for us! Yay! Hope that helps anyone who has any concerns....
