Ugly ribbing?

Yes, I'm still working on my Orangina. So far, I love how the lace looks, and I think it will fit well (which was not the case with my now frogged Somewhat Cowl), but my ribbing is looking less than perfect. I seem to get these random jogs in a relatively even column of stitches. Did anyone else have this happen, and if so, can blocking fix (or help disguise) this? I shortened the lace portion and lengthened the ribbing in order to make it more fitted, but now I'm concerned. There's an old photo on my blog, but I've added a few inches since then.
