Better late than never!

Ok...so I would have been on time if I hadn't had to start over from scratch, but whatever, right? Better late than never right?

If I were to do this again I would have done like some other ladies did and made the lace a little shorter and the ribbing a little longer. I actually have a waist, but you can't tell from the way this fits and I think some extra ribbing might have helped. I even made it in the XS size and god knows I am NOT an extra small! All in all, it was fun, and for my first knitted garment I don't think I did too badly. Except those shoulder seams. Hmm. Still can't figure those out.

More details can be found over at A Mango Lassi(e)

Your first knitted garmet ever?? No way, can't believe it. Looks great! I'm so jealous!

Seriously! Up til now it's been scarfs, wraps, and well, socks.
Somehow a top seemed like a lot of pressure and responsibility :)

Beautiful! I love the colour. It's good to have the input on the length - I have been toying with the idea of making mine a bit longer, but now I think I'll leave it as it.

Such a delicate color. I love the neck of it. Congratulations.
