Sahara Progress

Here's my progress on Sahara so far. More details and pics on my blog as well. I am digging things at the moment. I'm at the point where I knit straight in st st until work measures 2" from underarm to needle. Even though I have a ways to go, it still seems to be a faster knit than I expected. Wendy did really thorough directions as well. Now that I've managed the provisional cast on (thanks to all the helpful comments), I'm in the knit zone. : 0 )

Your yarn is gorgeous! I looks like silk. Is this the Tilli Tomas yarn? Please let us know!

It's actually 100% mercerized cotton. I got it from littleknits.com for an absolute steal. I'm very happy with the outcome so far.
