Not KOL - But Done

I know this is not the knit along ... but I just finished it. It is the cover from Fall's Interweave - Yoke Sweater. This is the first yoke fair isle sweater I've done. I did it in Misti Baby Alpaca.

Update: This was done from the bottom up. The front, then the back and then the sleeves. All the stitches are held and then you pick them up with circular needles and knit the rest of it.

If I had it to do over I would. 1) go up a needle size 2) do the front and back longer 3) make the sleeve a bit longer too.

Wow - great looking sweater, and I can just imagine how wonderfully soft it is - Misti Alpaca, I think, is my all-time favorite yarn!

That is GORGEOUS. I was eyeing that one up but wasn't brave enough. Your beautiful version is making me think twice about my decision to pass it up.

What a great job! This has been a project I have wanted to do since I first saw it on the cover. Your colors are beautiful. How long did it take to make?
