Finally out of the starting gate!

Well I've finally cast on for Wicked! I'm using stash yarn..Knit picks Andean Silk in the Sangria color. Really pretty, but I wish I was using the teal Artyarns...we at least sort of...I am trying to knit from my stash more this year!! I had to other projects to fnish up before I could start this one. So they are done and and I'm on the move with wicked. I'm taking it to my sit and knit tonight to work on it!

I'm using the same yarn (in Barn Red) for my Wicked. I'm making the second size long-sleeve and only have 8 skeins. Do you think it'll be enough? What size/sleeve are you making and how much stash of the Sangria do you have? Just curious...

Looks great so far! I love that color, its so rich. I would knit out of my stash more, but usually all I have is 1 - 3 skeins of any one yarn. :)

Thanks!! I'm making the 40-43" version...I am doing the long sleeve. I have 15 skiens though...so I'm not too worried...I had it for another project that I decided I didn't want to do. I'm also using size 8 needles....
