Finished Tree Jacket

I finished up Friday night & blocked it over the weekend. Boy, what a difference blocking made! The body fits much better after blocking, but the sleeves got a little too big. I like it anyway! Details are on my blog and Ravelry.

Your sweater is lovely. My question is....are we suppose to block the bottom and neck to have the lines go straight? I'm only about and inch from the bottome of my last sleeve but ran out of yarn. I see yours goes side ways and looks great that way.

maddie, I didn't try to block them straight--I like the swirling, so I went with it instead of trying to fight it. My advice on your sleeve would be to block it & see if it's long enough. Mine looked too short before blocking too, but is perfect now.

It looks great, congrats! How did you end up doing the sleeves? Back and forth or in the round?
