help me put the button on my site

Is there code somewhere that I can copy and paste? I am new at this blogging thang.

right click (or ctrl click if on a mac) button on this site, save it to your harddrive. then upload it to the sidebar on your blog. depending on your blogging program there are different ways to upload - persoanlly I upload the image to my freespace that came with my isp.
