i was really liking this yarn and this pattern until that last set of hip increases but now i just don't know. i've finished the shirt tail hem and am ready for the lace and now that i'm here...to bead or not to bead that is my question and what about this pooling rip it out or not?

The pooling looks kind of neat IMO. Almost like it was intentional. But if it's going to bother you, better to rip than have it annoy you forever...
What yarn is it? It looks yummy.
Since it's just that little part, why don't you rip back to about 2 rows after the pooling started, and restart the yarn in a different place/dye section? That way you eliminate the pooling and are happy with the results! Good luck - i do love the way that yarn looks, tho!
