1. Matilda Jane from ysolda:

The pattern calls for any dk or light worsted weight yarn and recommends Rowan. Not sure if it's consumer friendly but I assume it must be as you can get discount Rowan on Ebay.
2. Flicca from Amelia of My Fashionable Life: (pattern just became available - yay!)

Uses Sirdar yarn which is consumer friendly.
3. Alexander McQueen knockoff by Calista:
The yarn Calista used is Knitpicks Andean Treasure. Knitpicks is of course only available from the Knitpicks website so a consumer friendliness rating would not be applicable here. But the whole point of Knitpicks is cheap yarn, right? (I'll be subbing anyway as the only ship to the US)

I test knit the Matilda Jane and it was a fun knit, so I'd second that and also the McQueen knockoff
i love the mcqueen knockoff! so flattering (and economical).
I've been wanting to make a really long cardigan, so... seconded!
I like the McQueen knockoff, so cute!
I already have Matilda Jane, so I'd gladly knit that!! Might have to make it for my dd since her name is Matilda!!
I'd knit all three patterns here!
I LOVE Matilda. It looks like a fun knit, and flattering, too.
Matilda Jane and the Knock Off catch my eye.
I am currently knitting the McQueen Knockoff and I love it! Super easy even though center braid looks harder than it really is. I definitely vote for this one!
