Fifi Care Query

Hello, is it absolutely taboo to put calmer in the dryer? Has anyone ~gasp~, ever tried? The swatch has become a toy, so I have only Fifi, which shall not be a test subject :)

Thank You!

I threw mine in the washer *and* the dryer---it did shrink up in length by about half of an inch at the most. I made Fifi a tad bit short to begin with, so I took out the cast-off row and added another inch of ribbing. I've washed-n-dried it since and it's the exact length that I want now.
HTH:)

ooohh, this is exactly what I want to hear because mine is too long and I haven't worn it because it is too long. I would have never thought to dry it. That's it, I'm off to do laundry.

Very good, that is so helpful, thank you! Good to know calmer can go through the dryer fine, but shrinks length wise. Note taken!

You're welcome:)
If I recall correctly, the Calmer ball says to wash by hand and dry flat, but...I kept and eye on it while in the dryer, and it seemed to be doing just fine. Had I noticed it shrinking, I'd have taken it out and let it air dry.
