I love the color and I'm so pleased because I'm knitting it in that color too and sometimes I look down and think, "What was I thinking!"
Looks great. Yah! Makes me want to go work on mine some more.
I'm also thinking I'll have 2-3 balls left and I bought mine at Richesse too. We may have the same dyelot if somebody is interested and needs more than your few balls--I'm your gal!
If you are looking for something to do with you leftovers--Calmer makes great chemo caps. It's soft, stretchy and cotton! I had originally bought a couple skeins for this purpose then purchased 3 more to make Fifi! I should still be able to make some caps!
Thanks to everyone for your nice comments on Fifi! I am really happy with how it turned out! Now if I can ever figure out how to get my Tess microfiber ribbon wound into balls, I can get started on the RCC.
That looks really nice! I'm making the same color as well, and will also have a few balls left over. I am about 30 rows into the lower bodice part and only just getting to the end of the second ball.
Just lovely, Robin! The color is fantastic on you, too!

It looks great, Robbin! I love it. It is worth sticking it out. I had 1.5 skeins left and I even added extra length (for my long torso).

ReplyDeleteThat looks terrific!! I need to get re-motivated and finish my Fifi...I've been stuck in a baby blanket rut lately :)
