Ready!

Ok, now I´m done and I am quite pleased with my Juliet.
At first, I followed the pattern but didn´t like neither the size nor the garter stiches.
So I tore it all up (don´t know the word in English, I am Swedish...) and knitted it in a smaller size and in stockinette stiches instead. Much better, I think.
I used two yarns; one Norweigian wool and one Swedish cotton.
Now I want to make it in a funnier colour and in a thinner material.
Hi from me, Teresa.

  2. I love this! I didn't join this KAL because I didn't care for either of the patterns, but you've changed my mind about Juliet. It looks great.

I like it sooo much without the garter stitches. I think it looks a bit more refined. I'm not saying I don't like mine per the pattern, but still I really like the way it looks the way you did it. Nice job!! :D

  5. I love the modification to stockinette stitch. I didn't care for this pattern at first, but definitely love the changes...I might have to make this after the Tree Jacket...

  7. It looks lovely on you! I like the stockinette instead of the garter stitch, too---I was considering seed stitch next time as well.
