I used Artyarns Supermerino 233 on size 8 Addi's. Not bad for my first sweater. Tears weren't shed but there was a lot of frustration with sizing. My first go at it, Wicked turned out way too big so I frogged it all. I went down a size and this was the result. Still a little too big in the sleeves and neckline but I'm ok with it. I'm ready to move on and try out Rusted Root. =)

One Last Wicked

I would say this looks much better than "okay" for your first sweater! Great color and it will be perfect with a crisp white shirt underneath. I've been knitting for years, and this was my first attempt at a pocket. Congrats is in order. Well done.
